Only reason (assuming your responding to the previous LC post) I proposed the scale up approach is that some guys dont like hedigng it all at once. Heck, he didnt want to miss that 'last dollar.' I recommended it there since he is after that dollar, that way he has himself partially protected if that optimism is wrong (which it often turns out to be). We have completely hedged a few producers recently right at the 96 in oct, 97 in dec areas. Throw on the positions, be happy with the large profit margin and make margin calls if necessary, but remove all stress about the positions. Don't you think?
