Georgetown, Kentucky		If a CPA is giving legal advice- you need a new CPA- they are not permitted to practice law.

You need a good real estate attny for this- a holding entity to extend the 180day rule is tricky and might be trouble just waiting to happen.

you can get a referral from your local bar association
