FUEL,,,,,,,,,,better buy it whne its LOW and have storage
FERT..............better buy it when its LOW and have storage
GRAIN............better sell it when its HIGH and have storage

This is the way the GAME works and thats OK with me as I have all of the above , but every once in a while a little voice pops into my head saying
"Hey you dumb phucker, why risk all that capital when all you really need to do is speculate yourself....."..........and I really have to wonder if one needs to go to the capital expense (which I have willingly done) of the above, what really is the point in growing/raising the raw product??

We (meaning owner/operators, not guys with fleets of machinery and all leased land) are really pretty stupid to risk so much every year for relatively small net %....................RISK/REWARD in my opinion is not condusive to continuing.......no all I need to do is find some dumb phucker to cash rent my land for too much money!! When does that next CRP bid start?????
