NC Iowa | We had a lot of snow that melted and went in the ground, some flooding but not a lot. Our soils are drier than normal for this time of year and we have missed every rain that they predict. We are supposed to have thunderstorms right now and the clouds just pass over the top and maybe gets the sidewalk wet.
We are starting off with a drought mentality right now, however it could change in a hurry. This is Iowa weather after all.
