I came upon this article from a newsletter I receive.  I find a number of similarities between Britain and NA as to the way business is conducted.  I am looking forward to read the comments from those on this site that have w-a-a-a-y more knowledge and insite in economics than I.  

At first blush this article seems to address why college economics may not be working according to Kagen's post below.
