nc Ne | If farmers were to band together. If ! They never will . All that would need to be done is one season of summer fallow on all acres and there would never be a problem commanding the price that we need to be profitable. We as farmers and livestock producers need to cut production . We Don't though we try to outproduce the neighbor to stay ahead. I do the same as everyone else because that is the game that we play. Just think how it would be though if you went out and planted for 80 bu corn all expenses would be less. but our price would be higher. Would make a lot more sense economically. Does your dentist , doctor, lawyer, mechanic etc. have a set price . Who other than producers accept a price like we do?
