| There is some expense sorting ears and bagging in small quantities. But the logistics and shelf space at a major retailer cost more than the corn you are getting. If it was an easy game, everybody be catering to the consumer for the "big $". Hear a lot but I never see anyone putting up a shed and cleaning and bagging lines and an office of people working out logistics and targeting wholesalers and retailers.
