think about it. the first thing I thought of was to save some cash for one last good pickup or car to buy before the cafe standards crush this thing.. then it became painfully obvious what they were up to. Get a bunch of buyers prodded into making the econ look better by scaring them into thinking the sky is falling. They will do anything to help their new car industry venture look better, which is in the dumpster.
This won't hurt a bit. Fuel efficiency standards raised again.
