Lets see.....I am 52..........I learned to pick corn with a 2 row UNI sheller, now a 12 row Lexion...........learned to plant corn with a 4 row IH 56 plate planter, now a 24 row CaseIH planter......learned to spray with a IH Super C and 20' sprayer, now a 90' SP sprayer.........learned to drive truck with a 1963 IH Loadstar 1600 hauling 300 bu., now semi's at 1000 bu......learned to grow 80 bpa corn, now 165 bpa whole farm 5 year average............learned to load corn on RR cars and send to Del-Mar-Va for chickens, now truck 27 miles to alcohol plant........learned to handle dry fertilizer in 80 lb. bags, now bulk and liquid and now lifting..............learned to dry corn in a bin with stirrers, now CF dryer running 24hrs per day drying more corn in one day than we used to plant the whole year in 1970.


As I asked a Cornell man once.......How much better do you want us????
