You probably dont have many ZEROS in your APHS there in Choteau Co, but what the poster was referencing were the YIELD PLUGS that you can use in place of a ZERO yield in your APH's....evidently this poster ran into a FSA office that interpreted SURE as not allowing yield plugs which is news to me....this is a LOT of the problem with SURE, every CED is interpreting the program differently.....
I am waiting to see what they do up here on the Yield Plugs as well as what price they are using in figuring the SURE guarantee when a guy had CRC w HPO in 2008 with wheat, as the HARVEST PRICE was A LOT HIGHER than the BASE PRICE.....the indemnities paid out were based on the HIGHER HARVEST PRICE which will count as SURE REVENUE against the SURE GAURANTEE but I am AFRAID FSA will want to use the LOWER BASE PRICE in figuring a guys SURE GAURANTEE....................
