SE Iowa | Here is where reading on Generational theory helps. History never changes, just the players. The guys that put controls in place are long gone and we have to drag ourselves through another "once in a generation" economic mess again. This is why I don't think we are over the hump, by any means.
We are witnessing a historical government spending bubblenot just here, but around the world. Why is thinking they can spend and spend any different than thinking that the price for houses will go up forever?
