There needs to be reform of this whole mess so that it never happens again.
I missed the show, but - I beleive we had several good checks in place so 'this never happens again'. They were removed in the past 3 decades because our ecconomy was so good & things were so different, such things never could happen again.......
In other words, reform won't last - the experts will figure out ways around or through the reform someday, and it will all repeat anyhow.
