west central Ohio | when i bought in there was no calculation given to me. and the county office said i was the first to buy in. i just wanted to have a seat at the table if something did evolve.
i followed the rules, insured some and bought in for the others.
you said "Game changing really." sounds like you might want them to change it again just for those who are not in to get another chance to get in ?
was $100 per crop just too much for those to give to have a seat at the table ?

my payment went up some with the stimulus $, but know where near as much as buckwheat's example .
