| Good advice given above. If you don't have a set of air and water wands from Amazon I would recommend them. They are basically just a trigger with a 2 ft tube that's bent into a 90 at the end. Just pulled aftercooler on my 9400 last fall. As others said, lots of crud in there. For reference, my 9400 with N14 kicks fan on at 205 and off at 200, I believe. Newer trucks with ISX run 5-10 warmer. I did wire in one of the spare dash switches to the fan so I could kick it on manually if needed.
