30 percent? It was my understanding at the time that those that took the acre route weren't able to get the grain loan or LDP.
I am editing my response because I was wrong. The farmer doesn lose 30 percent of the LDP and Loan. Still don't know why they would sue when they knew this when they signed up for acre.
