You know nothing about me. 40 years into this. My checkbook can handle what I want….but you can’t buy what’s not for sale.

Used to be some pride in previous generations to have a nest egg that took care of needs in retirement……not expecting tax payers to foot the bill for care.

Btw….are you selling? I can bring the checkbook if your serious….and of course…if your land is worth it.

But my comment about giving a young guy a chance is for just that. I don’t necessarily need to chase land. A young guy needs a place to start. Doesn’t have to be a discount. There are some young people that actually have ambition and drive to be successful.

And there are others just waiting for their parents to die and see what they get.
