Indiana | Yes it does. With that said 2/3rds of the growth is below the ground. Some people planting for the wrong reason. Some might kill early because they think it’s going to turn off dry but that’s not the case based on the forecast. If u let it grow it will help absorb the moisture and u should be able to get on ur ground to plant earlier than of u killed. Will also help keep out weeds.
