Grain bins, equipment for drying and handling grain. Pole barn, farm shop, and piece of equipment. Isn’t by definition a hard asset is a physical asset that fundamentally increases the productivity and profitability of whatever(business)you are doing? And I’m not talking about buying a million dollar X9. I’m talking about truly improving the farm.
