That's how we handle it as well. Except I do 5 year amortization.
Also, tile hasn't paid a nickel the last 5 years running. This is the first spring since 19 that tile lines have run. They did run for a week in june of 23 but that's the extent of it for 5 years. Go east or north 10+ miles and its been a whole different story.
