If the US govt ever gets out of the practice of subsidizing land
(farm subsidies, wind subsidies, solar subsidies, etc--- all of it
) you would have a scenario that could result in a door not wide enough.
As long as the govt continues to throw Billions in the direction of land owners any time there is even a little talk of anyone losing money, no its not likely to happen.
