Ne CO | I am contemplating doing the same program next winter. Thinking I would swath into windrows, then take together, then if we catch a rain plant rye between the raked windrows. The one thing that has me hesitant is having the ground bare off and potentially blowing. I would consider grazing standing, but have never seen it done and would think there would be some loss due to trampling and leaving lots of stalk. | |
