Liquid P next to seed or a few inches away is ideal. Dry takes to long to convert to usable form and is waste of money IMHO. Potash isn’t critical until later stages so broadcasting is fine. A mix of UAN, Am Thio, and phosphorus an inch or two from
Seed on both sides of seed trench is ideal. Again, avoid dry fertilizers, unless you get a lot of rain shortly after planting.
