Getting back to your question about clearing the road. Most field access roads like you describe have ruts or holes that could be filled but are usually left until it becomes a larger inconvenience. With no pictures it’s hard to understand how much dirt we are talking about but I’m guessing a few hours with a box scraper/kilfer would have the drift dirt leveled or pulled back into the neighbors field.

Again something for your renter and the neighbor to work out I would think. I suppose it’s a courtesy to inform you of the issue incase it somehow escalates, bad neighbor or more drifting, but renter should be able to handle either.

If it’s a concern it’s an excuse for a weekend drive to look at the situation and maybe visit with the renter or possibly the neighbor. Do you know the neighbor or who’s farming the neighboring ground?
