| For our farm directly, it was 1949. 28 inch JD separator and a 1941 A JD. Bought a Minneapolis Moline pull type the next year. Ran that for three seasons before great grandpa had enough of the problems with it, traded it for a JD 55 in 1953.
I go to a couple different threshing shows a year, and help with the threshing at them. At my hometown show I'm the separator man and in charge of the threshing. We have a 22 inch Mccormick Deering. Another show i go to i help pitch bundles. Their they have a 40 inch Minneapolis, 28 inch Mccormick, and a 22 inch Avery | |
