I think that's $117 on the entire farm, beings the investor would hypothetically be 50% owner that would make it the same as $234 rent on his acreage. Might be a bit light for 200 aph depending on what it is, but probably not out of line for the current environment. Plus using that formula it will change year to year. $6.50 corn and 200 aph makes that number a lot more interesting.
