My favorite cheese is AMISH CLASSIC hot pepper cheese. I do not know which Amish cheese house produces it, but there is another Amish cheese house that produces a near identical product & I “ THINK” it is Guggisberg. Hot pepper cheese as produced by any other is a waste-including Land-o-Lakes.
AC hot pepper is fabulous on a sandwich, but I sometimes just eat it with saltines.
