If dad is holding all the power till he dies, paying son low wages just so Jr can fight with his 4 off farm siblings when he dies after being promised some day all this will be yours what else is it?
I have seen that happen many times. If you have an agreement make sure it's done legally and in writing. If the parent does not agree to this maybe it's time to move on
