E ND | Depending on how country this situation is, I would agree on needing another plan. Leaving the black tank "closed" for long amounts of time and limited use will be a problem so leaving it for a month or two with only sporadic weekend use will not be pleasant, you'll never get the tank emptied again. Closing everything up, pulling slide-outs in, and towing it in to town just to dump and reverse at camp would be a lot of work to do right.
How likely is the camping spot to flood? Any way you could bury a septic holding tank for the black tank to be emptied in to when you leave every weekend? Then hire a pumper to come at the end of the season and pump it out? If it was sealed and had a cap you can close it probably wouldn't really be a problem to let flood either, other than having to pump it out again.
Do a basic gray water disposal well, bury a couple barrels of pea rock for a drainfield and you're all set. Or run it into your black holding tank you just buried.
