What you're looking to do is stitch the images together to make an orthomosaic. I'm cheap, so I use OpenDroneMap (https://www.opendronemap.org/) It's open source software, so free if you're tech proficient enough for manual install. I only have minimal experience using it, but it works when I have enough time to figure it out.
