I have done the walking routine, jogging routine and now sprinting.

Sprinting does give you better spring and mobility and agility in your normal daily steps. It does take time to build up to sprinting since your trying to retrain your hip flexors, lower back, glutes and leg muscles from “no twitch or low twitch “ fibers back over to more fast twitch.

I was a sprinter in my younger days 45 years ago and as time wore on I became a limping walker cause my hips went to bone on bone.

After I had both hips resurfaced I went back to jogging and now sprinting for my workouts and my body, balance, spring, quickness and agility have gotten much better.
