Subject: RE: Which one

The p100 pro and now the p150 have much better hardware than the T50s. Motors have a longer life expectancy and everything is built solid. Bigger tanks, 18.5g vs 10.5g. Faster flight speeds, 40mph peak vs 20mph peak. Terrain following is the same. Spray pattern isn't much different. P150 droplet size can go up to 1500 microns vs 500 or so on the T50.

Flight efficiency is extremely impressive with the P150, it turns so quickly and smoothly and productivity-wise the P150 is leagues ahead of what DJI has in the US. It's really not a comparison, considering it's a generation difference. The best comparison would be DJIs T100 that's only in China.

People flying DJI will tell you XAGs software isn't good, but it's very solid and easy to use. They've updated the app a ton and much more user friendly. People just have a stigma that if it's not DJI it's not good, and that just hasn't been the case since the P100 Pro came out. Look at the build of the T100 and you'll see something pretty funny. It looks more like an XAG drone than it does a DJI drone.

I started on T40's and switched to XAG because I had motors melting down, radars going bad, and overall I spent more time replacing hardware than I should have been. And that drone wasn't even at 5,000 acres.

All that being said, T50s are still good drones. DJI has better video feed while flying and the dual motor setup adds a redundancy that helps flight stability for when your motors start melting down mid flight.
