I can relate personally to at least half of what this guy claims. I am just another anecdote (even though I don't technically do carnivore, only very low carb. But my diet now is very meat heavy). Then you have clebrities like the Peterson's that bring the subject to a wide audience.
I think more people are waking up to believing the standard American diet is the unbalanced diet to eat. | |
