I have a goal to give something back to the industry that I love. My advise to you is do your homework until you know the economics of your farm by heart. When you have exhausted all possibility's go to work and make it happen. Once you have attained a goal make a new one. Make sure everyone who is important to you is on board. Dont forget your faith and give something back when you can.

Be prepared to sacrifice individually but keep your family's needs paramount to the farms. A respectful person can make it in this business if you want it bad enough and are willing to work for your goals. Good Luck!
