Could you put up a link for the tool? Can’t say I’ve ever seen one. Needle nose or water pump pliers have been my tool of choice, but if there was something that would not slip off… just sayin.
No link but here's a couple pictures. One is a plier style and one is a cable style for hard to reach areas. Available anywhere that sells tools
