Subject: RE: Oil stains on new concrete

East Central Ia, S. Waterloo
I use wood shavings from my power saw, router, etc. Like with oil dry just throw it down and crush it in, seems to do as good a job and cheap. I do like the idea of lime or concrete dust as it would blend in with floor and cover some blackness. I've gotten some chemicals like PB Blaster, WD 40, gasoline on the floor and they turned the sealer gummy and sticky you have to wait at least till it dries before you put down anything or it becomes part of the floor.
