NW Ohio | I purchased a T6.180 just before covid hit. It was the only one in the lineup that had the 6 cylinder as all the rest went to 4 cylinder. I like it for what I do with it, but at the moment its not worked too hard... Have had a couple electrical issues and a couple DEF issues to get worked out, thankfully all under warranty.
The hardest thing I do with it is pull a 22' disk and crowfoot roller occasionally which it handles well. I don't have any weights on the tractor as it is my planting tractor.
It has the Dynamic command transmission which may be a newer version of the 32x32? We had a Ts100 before that had the 16X16 transmission that everyone seems to dislike, but it never gave us an issue. Calibrate the transmission according to the book occasionally and they seem to be trouble free.
The only time the power boost comes on is if you go faster than a certain speed (8-10mph?) or you are using the PTO. I never see it in the field, even pulling the disk and roller combo... | |
