The AIM Pro is supposed to be able to do section control based on a boundary. You have to use the Capstan software to make a boundary map and load it into the AIM Pro controller.
I have Aim Command Po on my sprayer and it works great for individual nozzle overlap control. I have not used it for internal boundary controls. If you buy the sprayer, spend some time learning how the system works before you are trying to spray. It's a different thought process using PWM nozzle control vs. a system that is just flow based.
There's certainly some added value to buying a machine from your neighbor. Auction data and Tractorhouse should give you some ideas. Is 100ft a good size for you? That would not be a very desirable size in my world where most people have a 12, 16, or 24r30 planter.
Just border the field first with aim pro. Have overlap turned on and it’ll shut off on headlands or overlaps. It will spray the neighbors field if you hang boom over though. I let the aim shut off the nozzles then shut off the master boom switch to prevent spraying a ditch or neighbor field. Turn master on again when in the clear and the aim will turn on when needed.
