Have sort of similar issue. Oil Dri on old concrete will suck out any oil stain might have to lay there a week or three. Have a shop now with polyaspartic (sp) floor where Oil Dri doesn't seem to work very well, switched to Floor Dry from NAPA works much better. Oil Dri brand is bentonite clay, NAPA is diatomaceous earth. Less hassle and stink than any cleaners although diatomaceous earth does grind down to dust but really sucks up any spill when given a few days.
