When we clamp down on illegal activity on our southern border, the cartels, human traffickers, China, Iran ect will do whatever they can to use our northern border to profit and to weaken our country. I think it is very prudent to be ready for this and to enlist the help of Canada in such. I don't like strong-arming our allies, but just look at the results Trump got in his first term, for example getting the European countries to contribute more to strengthen NATO. And just in time for the invasion of Ukraine. I think other countries often take advantage of the generosity of the United States. Trump is holding their feet to the fire |
