I certainly agree with a wet spring situation, but it doesn't seem to matter to the folks I talked to. I'm not sure the elevator folks worry about board price too much, so I didn't see it as necessarily biased. It doesn't mean they are right though. It's interesting that the predictions seem to either fall in doom or raging bull and not much in between.
