So would you consistently get a 220 bpa average?
If you had 6500 $/ acre land @6% 20 yr Amm. =571 $/acre
seed 70
fert 80
chem 25
freight25
insur. 25
fuel 15
plant 15
combine25
misc 20
300 +571= 871 / 3.75= 232bpa. How do you guys make that work? Those are rough and conservative # . That is assuming that gov payment will pay the taxes. Will it? and that is 100% tillable
