Urbana, OH | Some background…10-34-00 with multiple products mixed in. The 10-34-00 storage tank gets air agitation multiple times a year. The in furrow mix gets agitation as well in the tender wagon. There are two filters that the product goes through as it’s getting loaded in the planter. This was probably about three days worth of buildup and the only way I knew it was built up was the ball in that row wasn’t moving on my John Blue sight glass. The main storage container has been emptied and pressure washed many times over the years. I’ve also had different suppliers, different products, different storage containers, and different planters over the years with the same results. The easiest acres I did last year was a discounted demo of agroliquid as a starter on 10 trouble free acres, but cost and loss of yield compared to my normal program has eliminated that from contention. These little filters have made life better, but I’m the common denominator in all of this so I suspect I’m being paid back for something I did in a former life lol! | |
