Same issue on a 2002 Chevy 2500HD. Likely a bad ABS module. Bad part is after install it has to be calibrated by dealer. Likely a 1500/2000 dollar repair. Had a friend do mine for $850 bucks and he was able to calibrate it. Could include wheel sensors at same time too.
