I’ve had much better success with 30’s, over the 750 Deere drill I used to try 15” and 7.5” no till beans with. I know that’s more of a drill vs. planter debate but it is my experience. I’m not seeing any of the Kinze split row or Deere 1790 planters, producing more yield in my area. I’ve seen certain weeds come through 15” beans just as easy as 30’s. I do all my own spraying and I hate running over beans so, 30’s are my choice for several reasons.
