Should one worry about a product designed to be use in ponds affecting pesticides? It appears to be safe if it's made to be put in aquariums, but is there a concern for antagonisms in pesticides?

I don't know....just asking.

It does sound like a fairly cheap alternative. It might be best to treat the 5000 gal holding tanks, but getting in the tank could be a problem.
