I did it a couple times years ago when I was still renting a roller and had to take it when I could get it.   No real problems but always did it during the warmest part of the day.   Some beans will get destroyed when turning around at the inside corner of the turn because the roller stays in one spot for the entire turn.   Since buying my own roller I've always done it right after planting and will probably only due emergence rolling if would get a lot of rain after planting but before I got them rolled.
