Its a 3” pvc sleeve with a brass fitting at the bottom that will all stay in place. Thread the hydrant in from ground level. Has a stopper to keep the hydrant centered at the top. In theory I should never have to dig it again. Learned about it here at NAT so its NAT approved for those who need that.
