A 16/31 will plant between the old rows, it's just without doing anything else, the tractor will be driving right on top of the old rows. 16/31 won't require anything done with the hitch and just needs both markers shortened 7.5" when switching from corn to beans. Simpler. A 16/32 the hitch technically needs slid over 7.5" then one marker gets shortened and one gets lengthened



You are correct, I forgot to add without driving on the old corn rows, which I didn't want to do when I planted beans.
