Great, another job to do in the fall. Come spring, get corn planted first week of April then go on 2 week vacation. Seriously though, it's interesting study. I remember a few years ago someone on here planted beans ultra early then when a freeze spell was forecasted they said they hoped the beans didn't come up. I thought I've never planted anything with the hope it would delay emergence. Maybe planting in freezing weather is better left to wheat.
