Been using pel gypsum for sulfur source ahead of beans spread in the fall. Corn gets Ams dry ahead of planting and ats in sidedress. Beans get a qt 7% boron at post herbicide timing and then again at fungicide. Corn gets a qt in the sidedress and another qt at fungicide time. Tissue sampling for the boron says this is working very well.

What is Pell gypsum running you and is there a reason you choose this over strait gypsum or AMS? I’ve wanted to do gypsum in fall or spring here, but they claim they can’t spread it at the lower rates. So when I ask about Pell gyp it seems extremely overpriced. So I stay with AMS for both crops in spring.
